Please read the “Booking Terms” and the “Conditions of Use” in respect of the Sha Tin Racecourse Sports Ground carefully before submitting this Application for Use of Venue Online Booking Form. By submitting this Application for Use of Venue Online Booking Form, the Applicant will be deemed to have read and accepted for himself/ herself and on behalf of the Organisation the terms and conditions of all the above documents.
All information provided shall be true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. The Applicant shall update and provide The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the “Club”) with further information in case of any change.
Facilities at the Sha Tin Racecourse Sports Ground shall be designated for use as specific function by the Club. Except with the prior written approval of the Club, the booking organisation or other users may not use the facilities for any other function, purpose or activity.
Except with the prior written approval of the Club, no fees or other forms of payment shall be charged by the booking organisation or others on the use of the facilities including for private coaching or league competitions or other fee-charging activity or event. Except with the prior written approval of the Club, no public shall be admitted as spectators, whether with or without payment of charges.
If the application is successful, an acknowledgement of application together with a payment slip will be issued to the Applicant. The booking reservation will be cancelled if payment is not settled before the scheduled session.
If any information is missing, incomplete or inaccurate, the Club may reject the Application for Use of Venue.
The Club reserves the right to accept or decline an application without giving any reason or explanation and to make the final decision in case of any dispute.

Declaration

I am duly authorized by the Organisations to make this Application for Use of Venue on behalf of the Organisations. HKJC reserved the rights to request the Applicant to provide relevant authorization proof.

I declare and confirm that I have read and I understand and accept the above Points to Note, the “Booking Terms” and the “Conditions of Use” of the Sha Tin Racecourse Sports Ground, and declare and warrant that the information provided in this application is in all respects true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. I undertake to update and provide the Club further information in case of any change in the information provided.
