Since its establishment in 2003, the CARE Performance Team has been proactively bringing warmth and joy to the public through performances in various community activities.

In particular, the newly-formed Chinese Drum Team under the CARE Performance Team is determined to spread positive energy, love and care to the community through their enthusiastic and dynamic quality Chinese drumming performances during CARE's ongoing volunteer services in the community. Followed by its debut performance at the farewell luncheon of the 6th Global Conference of AFHC at Sha Tin Racecourse, the Team was invited to be the officiating performance unit at the opening ceremony of Sha Tin Health Festival in November 2014. Both performances received encouraging response from the audience.

Besides, the Chinese Opera Group under the Team has recently staged a performance at TWGHs Chan Feng Men Ling Day Care Centre for the Elderly in Sham Shui Po, bringing joy to over 30 elderly people there through singing Chinese operas and famous old songs.
