All Categories Staff Volunteer Activities About the Trust

CARE Team members will join hands with volunteers from Hong Kong Women Development Association (HKWDA) in coming months for supporting "Give me Five" Food Bank Programme. Organised by the Club and HKWDA, the programme is aimed to provide food assistance for new immigrants and underprivileged families living in the New Territories as well as to promote their integration in the local community. Volunteers will pay visit to target families at Tin Shui Wai for the first three programmes and the kick-off ceremony cum the first visit was held on 6 December (Saturday). Apart from distributing food packs during home visit, volunteers will show care to the families while listening to their needs and problems, encouraging them to integrate in the community.
