The inaugural HKJC Pass It On – District Elite Coach Education Workshop was a highlight of the 2018 Academy Summit. Head of the Manchester United Academy Nicky Butt, MU Academy’s Psychologist Daniel Ransom and Senior Sports Scientist David Kelly held two workshops for the coaches of district teams and the JC School Football Development Scheme. At the workshops, they shared their training experiences and vision, after which local coaches also shared their thoughts on the culture and development of football in Asia. The two sides complemented each other really well as they discussed ways of improving the standard of football and leading the younger generation toward putting their best foot forward.
