Racing Incident Report

As the gates opened, LUCKY STALLION put its head down, stumbled, shifted out and bumped BOREAS. On jumping, EYE WITNESS shifted out and bumped SOLAR POWER. Also on jumping, A PLUS FIT and MASONIC TREASURE bumped. Shortly after the start, NAMJONG GOODLUCK was steadied when awkwardly placed inside the heels of WAIT FOR ME. Making the turn at the 800 Metres, STAR OF NORTHERN, which was proving difficult to settle, was shifted out away from the heels of SPARKLE. At the 700 Metres, PO ON GEM and CHINSOLA became unbalanced after bumping as a result of PO ON GEM being carried out by MASONIC TREASURE which at this time got its head on the side and shifted out. After the 600 Metres, POSA was checked severely when crowded for room inside MASONIC TREASURE which got its head on the side and momentarily shifted in away from PO ON GEM which at this time shifted in slightly when being steadied away from the heels of BOREAS. In the circumstances, no action was taken. In the Straight, CHINSOLA hung out. Throughout the race, SOLAR POWER travelled wide and without cover. EYE WITNESS and KNIGHT TEMPLAR were sent for sampling. After the race, it was noted STAR OF NORTHERN had sustained a minor wound to the right hind cannon and PO ON GEM had lost its right front plate.
