7 14 PRIVATE ROAD (CK189) Z Purton B/XB On the rails in 6th about 4Ls off pace at 800m; 3Ls back but held up for a run from top of straight to the 200m; possibly unlucky to finish closer.

12 5 UNITED (CK291) B Prebble TT Bumped at start; behind midfield 3-wide but with cover at the 800m; closer but pressured turning in; run peaked 200m out; weak effort; to trial. (Questioned for disappointing performance.)
