Racing Incident Report

SWISS WARRIOR proved difficult to load and then began awkwardly. Before being allowed to race again, SWISS WARRIOR will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test.
ENDEARING shifted out at the start and bumped OUR HERO which in turn was taken out onto FIRST FONTEIN which became unbalanced.
From the outside barrier, WATER DIVINER was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Despite being hard ridden in the early stages, GO BABY GO failed to muster speed and consequently raced back in the field.
C Soumillon (SUNNY DRAGON) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding [Rule 100(1)] in that near the 1000 Metres he permitted his mount to shift in when not clear of HOUSE OF FUN, causing that horse to be hampered and in turn taken in across the running of OUR HERO which was also hampered and lost the running to which it was rightfully entitled. C Soumillon was suspended from riding in races for a period to commence immediately and to expire on Sunday, 18 December 2016 on which day he may resume race riding (2 Hong Kong racedays).
Approaching the 900 Metres, KEEN VENTURE became unbalanced of its own accord and brushed the running rail. KEEN VENTURE then lay out throughout the middle stages.
Passing the 250 Metres, AMAZING MOMENT was awkwardly placed outside the heels of ENDEARING which shifted out.
SWISS WARRIOR had difficulty obtaining a run approaching and passing the 200 Metres and near the 150 Metres was shifted out across the heels of THE JAZZ to obtain clear running.
Throughout the race, BURST AWAY travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of VICTORY MACHINE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
JING JING WIN, WATER DIVINER and ENDEARING were sent for sampling.
