Racing Incident Report
MR MARFACH was slow to begin.
DARK SECRET began awkwardly and shortly after the start was bumped by STARLIT WARRIOR which shifted out.
From a wide barrier, GLORY OF INDIA was taken across behind runners shortly after the start.
Passing the winning post on the first occasion, DANESOUTH momentarily raced tight inside KINGSTON ELITE which shifted in. Shortly after this incident, KINGSTON ELITE was left racing wide and without cover.
Passing the 600 Metres, STARLIT WARRIOR got its head on the side and shifted in towards the heels of FOLLOW THE MONEY.
Approaching the 400 Metres, MR MARFACH was checked to avoid the heels of YOUNG HERO which was awkwardly placed close to the heels of FOLLOW THE MONEY. When MR MARFACH was checked, it shifted out, resulting in HUMONGUS being crowded for room inside CHINA DELIGHT.
YOUNG HERO was held up for clear running in the early part of the Straight.
Approaching the 200 Metres, CHINA DELIGHT, which was giving ground, was crowded for room between GLORY OF INDIA and HUMONGUS which was taken out by MR MARFACH (G Mossé) which shifted out after having difficulty obtaining clear running. G Mossé was advised to exercise care.
Also approaching the 200 Metres, SABINA shifted in and bumped SUPREME TYCOON.
After the 200 Metres, DARK SECRET was shifted in away from the heels of SUPREME TYCOON to obtain clear running.
Near the 100 Metres, MR MARFACH was awkwardly placed inside the heels of HUMONGUS which got its head on the side and shifted in under pressure.
After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that DANESOUTH had lost its left front plate.
A veterinary inspection of GLORY OF INDIA and KINGSTON ELITE immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
