Racing Incident Report
On jumping GOLDEN SUN shifted in and bumped PRETTY TRIO. As a consequence of this, GOLDEN SUN lost ground. SIR LAGO began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of FULL OF JOY. In the early stages, SIR GALAHAD proved difficult to settle. After the 400 Metres, LOTZATOW was steadied and shifted to the inside of SING FAY FAY which was giving ground. At the 300 Metres, Apprentice C W Wong (GOLDEN SUN) was struck in the face by a clod. Because of this, he did not ride his mount out. At the 250 Metres, SIR GALAHAD got its head on the side, shifted in and was steadied away from the heels of ALBERTINELLI. Throughout the race, PRETTY TRIO travelled wide and without cover. LEADING AHEAD, SKYVIEW BAR and RICE FIELD were sent for sampling.
