Racing Incident Report

FOREVER CHARMING was slow to begin. WINNING ATTORNEY got its head up at the start and lost ground. BRILLIANT WIN began awkwardly and got its head up, then raced ungenerously for the major part of the race, got its head up, hung out and on a number of occasions made contact with HEALTHY HEART which as a result was inconvenienced and carried wider. Just prior to straightening, EASY KING and WINNING ATTORNEY bumped the running rail. On straightening, BRILLIANT WIN shifted out and was checked away from the heels of HEALTHY HEART. BE MY BRIDE and FOREVER CHARMING, which were following, were hampered and carried wider. After the 200 Metres, HEALTHY HEART and PEPPERONI, which was giving ground, came together. WINNING ATTORNEY, which was following and commencing to close the race off strongly, was steadied away from the heels of PEPPERONI. After this, WINNING ATTORNEY shifted out, was unable to obtain clear running and for some distance after the 100 Metres was checked away from the heels of LIGHTING THE WORLD. Because of this, WINNING ATTORNEY was not tested. Over the concluding stages, FLASH MAC got its head on the side and shifted out. Throughout the race, LIGHTING THE WORLD and BACK SEAT DRIVER raced wide and without cover. BACK SEAT DRIVER and PEPPERONI were sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of BACK SEAT DRIVER and PEPPERONI after the race did not show any significant findings. FLASH MAC and GOOD TO GREAT were sent for sampling.
