Racing Incident Report

MASTER YING began awkwardly, shifted in and made contact with AMBITIOUS LEADER which on jumping shifted out. On jumping, WAFER KING and SUPER PRINCE bumped. Near the 1000 Metres, WAFER KING was steadied to shift in behind MASTER YING. At the 900 Metres, ASIA RISING was carried wider by GRAND MASTER which got its head up and shifted out after bumping with SMILING FOREST. Making the turn at the 800 Metres, AMBITION, which was inclined to lay out, became unbalanced when momentarily awkwardly placed inside the hindquarters of AMBITIOUS LEADER. Also making the turn at the 800 Metres, WAFER KING was bumped by PICTURE PERFECT which got its head on the side and shifted in. At the 800 Metres, PICTURE PERFECT was steadied to avoid the heels of MASTER YING which after shifting out was shifted back in. In the middle stages, AMBITION hung out and on several occasions became unbalanced when racing tight inside WAFER KING. Also in the middle stages, AMBITIOUS LEADER hung out. Shortly after straightening, GRAND MASTER broke down and was retired from the race. Near the 400 Metres, TAIJI SPIRIT was held up and unable to improve between AMBITION and WAFER KING. Near the 300 Metres, ASIA RISING was checked and shifted out to avoid GRAND MASTER which was being eased down. For some distance approaching and passing the 200 Metres, TAIJI SPIRIT was again held up and unable to improve between AMBITIOUS LEADER and WAFER KING. Near the 100 Metres, TAIJI SPIRIT was steadied and shifted to the outside of WAFER KING into clear running. Over the concluding stages PICTURE PERFECT hung out. SUPER PRINCE and LUCKY DANSKE were sent for sampling. After the race, it was reported LUCKY DANSKE had sustained a cut to the right hind cannon and that MASTER YING had lost its right front plate.
