Racing Incident Report
SONG FOR SZESZE jumped awkwardly and bumped the outside of its starting stall. ARRIBA-ARRIBA was slowly away. About the 1000 Metres, CLASSIC CHOICE became momentarily unbalanced and brushed the running rail. About the 800 Metres, BRAVISSIMO became unbalanced and accidentally clipped the heels of SUN TZU. About the 400 Metres, ARRIBA-ARRIBA was momentarily steadied when awkward inside MANY HAPPY RETURNS. The performance of LUCK ALWAYS COMES was considered unacceptable. Before the horse can race again, it must perform satisfactorily and competitively in an official barrier trial and will be required to pass an official veterinary examination. BARRACUDA and CLASSIC CHOICE were sent for sampling. After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported SUPER SIXTY-SIX had sustained some abrasions around the mouth which resulted in the horse having some blood in its mouth. He did say in his opinion the matter was of little significance.
