Racing Incident Report
On leaving the gates, SPEEDY CHAMPION was momentarily awkward between HEADING TO WIN and STERLING CHANCE which shifted out away from WINNING MASCOT. SCHOLARSHIP jumped awkwardly. SMILEY WIN was slowly away, then on straightening was shifted out to avoid SCHOLARSHIP, when making ground at about the 200 Metres was momentarily unbalanced and shifted ground. Over about the last 200 Metres, ARABICA (Y T Cheng) shifted out whilst being ridden along. As a consequence of this, some inconvenience was caused to WINWIN COMBINATION. It was decided no direct action would be taken, but Y T Cheng was severely reprimanded and told in similar circumstances he must stop riding and straighten. WINWIN COMBINATION was sent for clinical veterinary examination and testing.
