Racing Incident Report
As W C Marwing, the declared rider of C'EST LA VIE, was indisposed and not able to fulfil the engagement and as no other suitable rider was available for the mount, the horse was withdrawn by order of the Stewards. Before C'EST LA VIE can resume racing, it will be required to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial. Just after the start, FORTUNE MAPLE was checked when crowded between CHEROKEE EXPRESS and STARLIGHT SUPREME, both of which had shifted ground. About the 700 Metres, REAL WINNER was momentarily unbalanced and shifted ground. Rounding the Home Turn, HONG KONG STAR and CHEROKEE EXPRESS hung out. In the Straight, REAL WINNER had a tendency to shift ground and hang out.
