Racing Incident Report

On jumping, SPEED AT WILL was checked when crowded between SMART HORSE and PAR AVION, both of which shifted ground. HEAVY WEAPON jumped awkwardly with its head up and shifted out abruptly. On leaving the gates, PLENTY WIN was steadied and shifted across behind other runners to a position at the rear but near the rail, then turning out of the Straight the first time was steadied when crowded by ARRECTIS AURIBUS. Approaching the 400 Metres, PLENTY WIN was checked when crowded by ARRECTIS AURIBUS which was just inside the hindquarters of PAR AVION. Also approaching the 400 Metres, TELECOM PRINCE and TATTENHALL bumped due to TELECOM PRINCE shifting to the outside of STRATEGIC MOVE. Near the 400 Metres, SAINTLY PARTNERS was awkwardly placed between ONLY THE BRAVE and LOTUS SUPREME which was tight inside STRATEGIC MOVE. Rounding the turn, SMART HORSE hung out. In the Straight, TATTENHALL hung in badly and proved difficult to ride out. SAINTLY PARTNERS was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
