Racing Incident Report
On jumping, AUTHORISED threw its head about, then just after the start was crowded for room between EVER BOLD and COMME D'HABITUDE. FRENCH FRY was slowly away. Also on jumping, MY FRIENDS SAY knuckled. Near the 400 Metres, CONVERGENCE shifted out, made contact with DOLBRIDGE which was then taken out, this caused some inconvenience to COMME D'HABITUDE which was racing tight on the inside of MY FRIENDS SAY. About the 300 Metres, GALLANT HORSE was steadied and shifted out to find clear running and go forward. Near the 200 Metres, PLENTY WIN was steadied when crowded by AUCASH which shifted in slightly. In the run to the winning post, AUCASH shifted out. Also in the run to the winning post, EVER BOLD was eased down. After this, the horse was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon who said that it was lame in its near side front leg. Before being allowed to race again, EVER BOLD will have to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial and pass an official veterinary examination.
