Racing Incident Report
DRIFTING AWAY was slowly away. BOLD VICTORY jumped awkwardly with its head up. FORTUNE GLORY jumped awkwardly, bumped the inside of its gate. For some distance in the early part of the Straight, HOLY WINE was awkwardly placed between MULTIZEN and HIGHLIGHT. To obtain running, HOLY WINE was steadied, then improved outside HIGHLIGHT. About the 300 Metres, MULTIZEN was steadied and shifted out when disappointed for running inside DANELAW. At about the 200 Metres, SPOT ON, which was giving ground, became unbalanced when crowded between THE GREATEST and TURBOJET which shifted out slightly away from DANEFACTOR. When SPOT ON steadied, FORTUNE GLORY, which was following, was inconvenienced and shifted in abruptly. Near the winning post, CLEVER CITATION was awkward between TURBOJET and the hindquarters of DANEFACTOR. Throughout the race, BABY WAVE SUPREME hung out. FORTUNE GLORY was sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
