6 2 DRACO (J115) Made the first turn awkwardly and got its head up and then raced keenly when being shifted behind TATTENHAM leaving the 1000 Metres.
7 9 SHINKANSEN (H277) Noted to have lost its left front plate after the race.
8 4 VICTORYTHIRTYTHREE (J216) Shortly after the start was bumped by CALIFORNIA CIBLE. Held up making the Home Turn.
9 3 IVICTORIAM (J226) Slow to begin.
10 8 MISTER FOX (J059) Approaching the 100 Metres was eased to avoid the heels of DRACO (L Hewitson) which shifted in. L Hewitson was advised to exercise more care.
11 7 VALHALLA (E495) In the early stages was caught very wide and as a result was ridden forward near the 800 Metres to take up a position outside the lead near the 700 Metres. After the race, C Y Ho reported that when caught wide in the early stages he was obliged to make use of his mount to go forward to avoid racing wide. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
12 11 TRAVEL GOLF (H063) Jumped awkwardly. Approaching the 100 Metres was awkwardly placed on the heels of VALHALLA when that runner commenced to give ground and shift out slightly. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
