4 8 MR ALADDIN (H386) Near the 1300 Metres was steadied when momentarily crowded by ESCAPE ROUTE which shifted in before being corrected by its rider B Avdulla. Sent for sampling post-race.

7 2 SERANGOON (H296) On jumping shifted out and made contact with ESCAPE ROUTE. From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages. After the race, H Bentley reported that his intention was to be slightly more forward if possible. He said when unable to obtain a position closer to the rail, he elected to ride his mount conservatively in the early stages to avoid racing wide. He added that after making a mid-race move from the 800 Metres SERANGOON did not finish the race off. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
8 4 PRECISE EXPRESS (D198) A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
9 10 KYRUS UNICORN (D267) Crowded shortly after the start by FOREVER GLORIOUS which shifted out. After the race, A Badel stated that from a midfield position KYRUS UNICORN found it difficult to make up ground in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
