Racing Incident Report
TOP DRAGON was slow to begin. Shortly after the start, SIMPLE was steadied away from the heels of IMPECCABLE. From the outside barrier, LUCKY SUPREME was taken across behind runners shortly after the start. After the 800 Metres, DRAGONFIELD was left racing wide and without cover. Passing the 700 Metres, MY MELODY was awkwardly placed close to the heels of EXCELLENT WIN. In the early part of the Straight, both BEAUTY KING and BLESSING WIN had difficulty obtaining clear running. In the Straight, TANG PALACE got its head on the side and lay out. A veterinary inspection of TANG PALACE after the race including an endoscopic examination showed a mild amount of mucus and blood in the horse's trachea. SIMPLE and BEAUTY KING were sent for sampling.
