Racing Incident Report

CRUSADER OF GOLD began awkwardly, stumbled and lost ground. CLASSIC HORSE began awkwardly and bumped the inside gate of its stall. On jumping, DOUBLE FANTASY knuckled. In the early stages, SHATIN WIN WIN proved very difficult to settle and in the middle stages when left racing without cover hung out. Also in the early stages, ETERNAL DRAGON proved difficult to settle. On straightening, ETERNAL DRAGON was steadied and shifted to the outside of SHATIN WIN WIN. Also on straightening, CRUSADER OF GOLD was steadied and shifted to the outside of DOUBLE FANTASY. Shortly after this, CRUSADER OF GOLD was then steadied and shifted back to the inside of DOUBLE FANTASY to obtain clear running. After the 400 Metres, CENTURY SUPER STAR was steadied and shifted out away from the heels of OPTIC KING which was giving ground. From the 300 Metres until after the 200 Metres, DOUBLE FANTASY was steadied when held up and unable to improve behind CHAMP DRAGON which was giving ground. Near the 200 Metres, OPTIC KING, which was continuing to give ground, was steadied when crowded for room between CHAMP DRAGON which shifted out slightly when also continuing to give ground and CENTURY SUPER STAR which was carried in slightly by HANDBAG PREMIER which in turn was carried in by WAFER KING which at this time got its head on the side and shifted ground. At the 200 Metres, KING OF SPADES was checked when disappointed for running between OPTIC KING and DOUBLE FANTASY. For some distance after this, KING OF SPADES continued to be steadied when not able to obtain clear running. In the Straight, CLASSIC HORSE hung in. FLY ME TO THE MOON and WAFER KING were sent for sampling.
