Racing Incident Report
GET IT EASY was slowly away. BONANZA left the gates awkwardly. In the early stages, GRAND STAR proved very difficult to settle and raced wide without any cover. Subsequent to the race it was noted the horse had its tongue over the bit. Approaching and rounding the Home Turn, FLORAL DANCER hung out. From before the 200 Metres until about 100 Metres out, HIGHLIGHT was held up for running. Approaching the 200 Metres, HAPPY HARVEST was steadied when disappointed for running inside FLORAL DANCER. Then from about the 200 Metres until about the 100 Metres, HAPPY HARVEST could not obtain a clear run and to obtain running was shifted to the outside of FLORAL DANCER. GRAND STAR and UNIVERSAL GLORY were sent for clinical veterinary examination and testing.
