Racing Incident Report
When the gates opened, DEREK'S CHOICE bounded in the air and on landing stumbled. DANDY BUNNY was slowly away, then just after the start was bumped on the shoulder by DEREK'S CHOICE which after stumbling shifted in. PEACEFUL CENTURY missed the start slightly. About the 1100 Metres, DANDY BUNNY shifted a little ground and bumped RANGEELA. PEACEFUL CENTURY made the turn near the 1000 Metres awkwardly, shifted out, accidentally clipped the heels of DEREK'S CHOICE and stumbled. Inconvenience was caused to RANGEELA and DANDY BUNNY which were following. About the 600 Metres, DANDY BUNNY shifted out in an endeavour to go forward. As a consequence, some inconvenience was caused to ONLY THE BRAVE. On the latter part of the turn, GOOD NEWS was awkwardly placed behind CITY PATROL and tight inside EXPLOSIVE POWER. Subsequent to the race, D Whyte (DANDY BUNNY) said in his opinion at no stage of the race was the horse comfortable in tonight's conditions. RANGEELA and DANDY BUNNY were sent for clinical veterinary examination and routine testing.
