Racing Incident Report

FAT CHOY TOGETHER, which was kicking out behind as the gates opened, missed the start, then near the winning post the first time was awkward on the heels of FRENCH FRY. EYE'S MAGIC jumped awkwardly, shifted ground and bumped the inside of its gate. Near the winning post the first time, STRATEGIC MOVE had a tendency to throw its head about when close to the heels of MULTIZEN. About the 1000 Metres, FRENCH FRY became unbalanced when steadied between MULTIZEN which shifted out slightly away from HIDDEN TALENT and SEATTLE SUN which shifted in slightly. Just after the 1000 Metres, FRENCH FRY was steadied when momentarily crowded by SEATTLE SUN. Near the 800 Metres, DIAMOND TALENTS was checked when crowded by EYE'S MAGIC (J Egan) which momentarily shifted in. GOOD FIT, which was following, was checked in consequence. The Stewards were satisfied that J Egan had made the required effort to avoid causing the crowding to DIAMOND TALENTS, but was told he must exercise care on that at all times. About the 600 Metres, STRATEGIC MOVE and HIDDEN TALENT bumped. Shortly after this, STRATEGIC MOVE was steadied when crowded between HIDDEN TALENT which shifted in slightly and MULTIZEN which shifted out from behind GOOD FIT. After the race, E Legrix expressed concern with the action of SEATTLE SUN. The Veterinary Surgeon examined SEATTLE SUN and he was unable to detect any abnormalities.
